James Harper tekent een contract bij een geheime paramilitaire organisatie nadat hij onvrijwillig uit de marine wordt ontslagen. Hij krijgt de opdracht om een bioterroristische dreiging te onderzoeken in Polen, maar wanneer zijn team wordt uitgeschakeld moet hij vechten voor zijn leven in een klopjacht die hem doorheen Oost-Europa jaagt. Koste wat het kost probeert Reed naar huis terug te keren zodat hij kan uitzoeken wie hem en zijn crew heeft verraden.
